An edge-panel sidebar for Android — toggles, apps, tools, always one swipe away.
Slab is in early development. Things will break, features are missing, and layouts may shift without warning.
You're grabbing an unsigned APK from a stranger on the internet — please understand what that means before tapping install.
A sidebar that slides out from the edge of the screen. It holds favourite apps, quick toggles, and small tools — without cluttering the home screen or eating notification-shade real estate.
For peace of mind — the third-party scan report for the current build.
tip · drop the APK into VirusTotal yourself · always a good habit ♡
Three boxes. The download unlocks when all are ticked.
Onboarding now detects your privilege backend — Shizuku, Sui, or root — and tailors the step instead of always pushing the Shizuku app, and it fires the real permission request directly. The app-shortcuts picker now shows each app's actual launcher icon and uses readable on-brand text under the Bauhaus and cute-dark themes.
Fixed a boot-time crash that could kill the overlay service before it foregrounded. The edge handle now respects your saved width on cold start, and the panel opens at your stored width instead of briefly snapping narrow first.
Fixed a crash when starting the overlay from in-app settings — the start path now matches every other launcher (Tasker, Boot, capture services).
Password Journal + Hyperchrome overlay themes. Solar Bold + Solar Bold Duotone icon packs. Smart-Edge attribution and a "what's new" card in About. Hide-text now respects auto-redact, dock dedupes URL re-copies, and the settings tap dismisses the overlay before launching.
First public drop. Floating overlay, dock, toggles, AI rewrite. Three themes (Classic, Cute, Bauhaus); six icon packs (System, Phosphor bold/duotone, Lucide, Pixelarticons, Iconoir).
